About the role:

As an Account Executive at Property Vista, you are responsible for guiding the complete sales process, from the initial lead interaction to finalizing the deal. You thrive on building strong, lasting connections with both new and existing customers, assisting them in envisioning beyond conventional solutions.

Here's what you need to know about this opportunity:

  • Base salary with performance-based bonuses every quarter.
  • Full benefits package with stock options.
  • Permanent, salaried position with regular business hours (9 am - 5 pm ET).
  • 3 weeks of annual paid time off.
  • Fully remote work with occasional business trips.

What you will do:

  • Boost revenue by nurturing and expanding the client base that aligns with Property Vista's target customer profile. Play a pivotal role in propelling our growth forward.
  • Identify potential beneficiaries of our Award-Winning Software and tailor sales approaches to suit their needs.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine sales procedures, training initiatives, and customer loyalty tactics.
  • Supervise and support the Sales team's progress and professional enhancement.
  • Participate in relevant industry gatherings, workshops, and expos representing our brand.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop content that enhances our reputation as industry pioneers, offering a grounded perspective.

What you will need to be successful:

  • Demonstrates alignment with our core Value of Prioritizing Customer Centricity.
  • Minimum of 5+ years experience in sales within B2B SaaS settings.
  • Prior success in selling to mid-market and corporate entities in the B2B SaaS sector.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation capabilities with a talent for relationship building.
  • Displays a strategic mindset coupled with a hands-on approach to deliver outcomes.
  • Proficient in data analysis, integrating it with qualitative and contextual insights, and utilizing it to enhance performance metrics (e.g. segmentation/verticalization, pipeline generation, pursuit strategies, and forecasting).

Bonus points for the following:

  • Experience within a startup/growing team, particularly in PropTech, Multifamily technology, or a similar innovative field.
  • Advanced proficiency in tech tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, Drift, Hubspot, and others.
