About the role:

What you'll do in the role:

  • Collaborate with account managers and digital strategists to effectively deliver social media and paid search fundraising campaigns
  • Collaborate with the digital project manager to establish project requirements and deliverables
  • Monitor campaign performance across multiple channels and produce monthly campaign performance reports to help guide future strategies and aid in the decisionmaking process
  • Coordinate asset transfers between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a seamless execution
  • Coordinate data pull requests for internal teams and clients
  • Maintain campaign requirement trackers and verify deployments against specifications and requirements
  • Keep abreast of new technologies or marketing opportunities as they emerge and take an active role in advancing the agency's digital capabilities, emerging digital trends, ideas, and best practices
  • Execute internal content marketing strategies including content creation and social media post schedules
  • Support Digital team members with ad hoc requests as needed
**You bring to the role: - 2 years of experience in a digital marketing role is preferred, ideally within the non-profit sector or agency environment

  • Fundraising campaign experience would be considered a strong asset
  • Intermediate to advanced skill using MS Office Suite programs, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Ability to report on campaign performance, identifying trends and areas of opportunity based on the data
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a fastpaced environment
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Google Adwords, MailChimp, Hubspot, and other prominent media platforms
  • Experience using Blackbaud/Luminate, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Constant Contact, Emma, Online Express, Every Action, or other nonprofit fundraising tools is preferred
