The Opportunity


The Audio-Visual Support Analyst will report to the Manager of Support Services and is responsible for providing support to all associates and staff.


What you will do:

  • Provide user support in conference rooms.
  • Work daily in the Montreal office and provide support to all conference room employees.
  • Provide technical support to users to help them plan and set up internal and external meetings;
  • Work closely with the conference center to organize user meetings;
  • Identify problems in theaters and coordinate their repair with the audiovisual vendor.
  • Participate in identifying business needs and work to improve the experience with new technologies.
  • Event management in cooperation with the other teams in the Montreal office.

What you bring to this role:

  • Good ability to organize; ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Have 23 years of experience in the audiovisual sector.
  • Troubleshooting, problem solving and analytical skills;
  • Ability to work alone and in a team;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Desire to learn and develop knowledge of the firm and the technologies used; ability to understand the business needs of the firm;
  • Interest in understanding user needs and providing quality service;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Teams is an asset.
  • Knowledge of different audiovisual technologies.
  • Good ability to communicate and work with senior executives.
