Position Summary: The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of four years of hands-on experience in managing and delivering comprehensive support across various technology platforms, including Zoom and MS Teams. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless audio-visual support for a range of high-profile meetings, both large and small, while maintaining exceptional customer service and technical execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver daily meeting support and execute audio-visual teleconferencing tasks, including managing Help Desk tickets and responding to requests for assistance.
- Set up and oversee video calls as required, providing in-room technical support for events, whether onsite or offsite.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on AV/VTC systems, ensuring all equipment is operational and properly configured.
- Test AV/VTC equipment to verify functionality and perform maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and system fault isolation.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance activities from start to finish.
- Exhibit proficiency in both Apple and PC-based software, including Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
- Manage the inspection, inventory, and preparation of conference rooms, ensuring effective audio-visual coordination.
- Provide on-site training for users and administrators on integrated audio/visual systems.
- Educate clients on the effective use of presentation technology and collaborate with management to assess needs for audio-visual projects.
- A minimum of three years of experience in servicing audiovisual systems and related technologies.
- Completion of training from Crestron on the operation of associated A/V equipment.
- Familiarity with commercial audiovisual, video conferencing, and broadcast equipment, including direct training.
- Ability to cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support organizational objectives.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and expertise in MS Teams.
