Rogers Executive Recruitment Consultant

As the Rogers Executive Recruitment Consultant, your primary responsibility will involve overseeing recruitment initiatives for prestigious roles at the Director and Vice President levels within the organization. Additionally, you will play a key role in spearheading specialized projects aimed at attracting global talent, which includes devising sourcing strategies, conducting cost evaluations, assessing immigration considerations, and cultivating partnerships with external collaborators.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage weekly and monthly recruitment and immigration reporting tasks
  • Collaborate with the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition on various special projects such as enhancing processes, global recruitment efforts, immigration matters, and optimizing candidate experiences
  • Engage with senior leaders to oversee the end-to-end Executive recruitment process, from job creation and posting to candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. Provide insights on efficient candidate identification, reducing time-to-hire, and cost-saving strategies
  • Oversight of immigration applications and reporting for Director-level and above positions, in conjunction with external legal counsel
  • Deliver exceptional candidate experiences for all executive referrals
Job Requirements:
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations effectively
  • Proven track record as a trusted advisor to senior executives concerning recruitment strategies and procedures
Qualification & Experience:
  • Hands-on experience in sourcing, interviewing, and recruiting Executive-level professionals, complemented by a minimum of 5 years in overall recruitment roles
  • Proficiency in executive networking and diverse sourcing methodologies
  • Familiarity with Canadian immigration regulations and processes is advantageous
