Recruitment Coordinator


We are looking for a dedicated recruitment coordinator to work with our HR and departmental teams to attract and hire new employees for our company.

The recruitment coordinator is responsible for all aspects of the hiring process, from collaborating on writing job descriptions to submitting reports on the recruitment process.

A successful recruitment coordinator should be well-versed in the recruitment process. You should further be organized and have excellent communication and people skills. This role requires to be heavy on the administration side. This is a Full time 3-month contract position. This is a non
- remote position.

Recruitment Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Posting job openings on media and social media outlets.
  • Finding and filtering appropriate job applicants and performing reference checks.
  • Scheduling and conducting interviews.
  • Extending job offers and arranging the relevant documents.
  • Compiling reports on recruitment for the HR department.

Recruitment Coordinator Requirements:

  • College Diploma in human resources or a related field is strongly prefered
  • Working for Non
  • Profit Organiaton is considered and Strong suite.
  • Experience in and knowledge of recruitment process.
  • Knowledge of employment legislature and practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of HR resources and tools.
  • Expertise in Dayforce is considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of JazzHr is an asset.

Working Conditions


Front-line staff are exposed to emotionally disturbing events, such as: medical distress, threatened/actual serious injury, violence, abuse, and death; where clients may be experiencing fear, terror, hopelessness, rage, self-harm and conflict.

It is understood and accepted that you will be working in distress and/or high-stress situations, which may include emergency response where resiliency and stress tolerance and the ability to maintain composure, remain calm and focused is imperative.

Exposure to bodily fluids may also occur.
