Job Description:
Technical skills:
  • 10 years of experience in planning and organizing testing efforts for both large and small systems in GUI and non-GUI environments
  • Demonstrated experience with business clients, supporting user acceptance testing and participating in UAT activities.
  • Demonstrated experience in executing functional tests, non-functional tests, and systems level integration tests.
  • Demonstrated experience in coding automated test scripts to produce sets of automated test cases
  • Demonstrated experience in procedures and techniques of testing web based, online, batch, client server systems and web services.
  • Demonstrated experience Knowledge and experience in the use of DevOps tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)
Other skills:
  • Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering and test plan walkthroughs and in carrying out static testing.
  • Demonstrated experience in setting up user access and user profiles, backup and recovery, and day-today computer systems operations.
Client Support:
  • Demonstrated experience of working with client customer support representatives to assist in data set up for training and implementation.
  • Government Business Process Experience
  • Working experience on applications that automate internal government business processes such as
  • WebSphere, e-Forms, JDBC, and Business Objects Enterprise etc., would be an asset.
Must Have Requirements:
  • Execution of functional tests, non-functional tests, and systems-level integration test
  • Support for user acceptance testing (UAT) and participation in UAT activities
  • Creation of testing strategy documentation, test plans, test cases, and test data.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, and communication skills
