Randstad is looking for Bilingual French Customer Service Representatives to work for a well known manufacturing company in the Concord area.

This is a short term contract with the potential to be extended with FT hours.

Responsibilities

  • Taking inbound calls and emails from customers
  • Processing orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Escalating and resolving any issues with shipping and tracking and tracing products
  • Work alongside other departments to ensure client concerns are resolved
  • Resolve customers issues with billing or any returns needed
  • Respond to emails and requests in a timely manner
Qualifications

  • Must be fluent in both English and French
  • Customer Service experience is a must
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office, Teams and Netsuite for CRM
  • Organization and prioritizing are mandatory soft skills
  • Being able to work in a fast paced environment
