Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a
Customer Service Representative (Summer Student) to join the
Electrical Wiring Systems Team in
Vaughan, ON. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for processing orders and returns and other similar related duties. Maintains an ongoing relationship with customers, field sales & distribution.

What Will You Do?

  • Processes orders received through our CRM tool, Returns and Expedites the delivery of selected orders.
  • Tracks order activity and alerts appropriate staff of any potential delivery problems.
  • Performs other similar and related duties as required.

Qualifications:

Required Skills:

  • Registered as a fulltime student during the preceding academic year;
  • Intends to return to school on a fulltime basis for the upcoming academic year;
  • Is a student in a secondary or postsecondary educational program; and
  • Is legally entitled to work in Canada.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

  • Must have demonstrated exceptional customer service skills and a strong customer orientation.
  • Industry knowledge, technical, electrical and/or mechanical experience or aptitude is preferred.
  • The ability to work in a high volume, fastpaced environment is a must. Requires strong organizational and time management skills and be able to effectively multitask.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Knowledge of electrical concepts and a background in a manufacturing environment a plus.
