***: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a part of a team that directly impacts our company's mission of providing best-in-class service. The Customer Service team operates in a fast-paced environment and is an integral part of our daily operations. In this role, the Customer Service Agent handles service-related customer calls and provides cross-functional support for our Operations team. In recognition of the exceptional customer care, we in turn take exceptional care of our team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Providing exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Achieve and maintain quality assurance standards
  • Take ownership during customer interactions and achieve firstcall resolution outcomes
  • Following up on customer inquiries by taking specific action in a timely manner.
  • Problem solving to help customer resolve issues on first call.
  • Entering Data into various software programs.
  • Participating in additional training courses as required.
  • Performing other related duties and assignments as required by supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; or 13 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be able to type minimum 25 words per minute.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.

BILINGUAL:

English/ French an asset
