We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative who is responsible for bridging the gap between understanding customer needs while also upholding 180 Smoke's terms of service, ensuring consistency and clarity across online and retail scopes.

This position is expected to continuously improve the relationship between 180 Smoke Vape Store and its customers, both existing and new.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring exemplary customer engagement through all levels of the online ordering process
  • Communicating escalations where customer has asked to speak to a supervisor, or the issue is found to require the utmost care to ensure it's completion
  • Reporting instore escalations directly to the CS Team Lead
  • Answering questions about our current product line, and encouraging sales
  • Providing technical support for previous purchases, and maintaining our defect return and warranty policies when needed
  • Communicating "high priority errors" to our warehouse team
  • Opening investigations with our shipping partners when required;
  • Reporting any Customer Service expenses, where you feel additional compensation may be required to generate repeat business, for approval
  • Noting refunds and charges when required for online orders.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years Retail and/or Customer Service Experience / Call Centre Experience
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to compose professional / easytofollow technical instructions about a variety of products
  • Good understanding of ecommerce systems
  • Highly developed organizational and time management skills
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Ability to research and stay updated and informed about new products in a diverse and developing technology market
  • Experience or familiarity with vaping/vape products an asset
  • Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
  • High school education or equivalent required, post secondary education is preferred
