Hamilton, Ontario, Canada Executive Properties Capital Full time

As an Inside Sales Representative with Executive Properties Capital, you will perform a variety of tasks that will require you to engage with both existing, and potential clients/partners.

This role is required to increase the company's clientele by assisting the company in acquiring joint venture partners.


You will be required to learn about, and present information regarding Executive Properties Capital and our business model to those who are inquiring about potentially partnering with our company to purchase investment properties across the GTA.


You will focus on a proactive approach to acquiring joint venture partners and contributing to the growth of our organization.

You will collaborate with the CEO and Director of Operations to ensure goals are being met.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize EPC's CRM (Follow Up Boss) at a high level
  • Complete weekly/monthly follow ups with prospective clients
  • Complete follow ups with event attendees
  • Prequalify potential leads
  • Set up phone calls/zoom meetings for the CEO with potential clients
  • Making cold calls
  • Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele
  • Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals

Qualifications

  • High School Degree or Equivalent required; Bachelors' degree preferred
  • Requires knowledge and experience in sales and sales administration; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills, however fully competent and productive professional contributor
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, and ability to perform basic computer skills.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in team environment.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in written form.
  • Ability to prospect and market concepts to existing and potentially new accounts.
  • Ability to take action and solve a range of problems that may be difficult but are not typically complex.
  • Ability to identify and define problems and possible solutions independently; chooses among existing solutions.
  • Ability to work independently with general supervision.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and can travel by car

At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position

  • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills

Salary:
$45,000.00 per year
