Position Summary:


John Bear Auto Group is looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual that has a passion for customer service to work as a
Business Development Specialist in our Sales Department.

In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact and representative for our dealer in Hamilton.

This role acts as the connection between the customer and the sales department, taking charge of inbound business opportunities and promoting conversions into qualified appointments.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform outbound call campaigns as required
  • Enter the results of each communication into the CRM software and perform necessary followups
  • Continue to update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading manufacturers' publications

Qualifications:

  • Highly effective communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills in order to work with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • Proven track record for setting and achieving performance goals
  • Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft and Outlook
  • Detail oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Team oriented and adaptable
  • Professional work ethic, responsible, vested in dealership success
