We are currently seeking
hard-working, hungry inside sales reps to join our
fun money-making team

Please note this is not a work-from-home position Some weekends will be required
This role will have a starting base rate of
$16.00/hr to $17.00/hr + additional commissions plus bonuses
In addition, there is a
performance-based incentive plan with the ability to earn a lot more

Primary responsibilities will include identifying and qualifying prospective customers and setting up appointments for our sales specialists.

  • Outbound calls to book appointments with hot leads/potential prospects
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly quotas of qualified appointments

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1year outbound Call Centre, inside sales or outside sales experience, or lead generation
  • Professional and articulate with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be selfmotivated and willing to learn
  • Demonstrate the ability to meet and/or exceed performance and targets
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Positive attitude & team player
  • Resultsorientated
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
