Your Mission:


As a Sales Account Executive at Luni, you will drive sales growth by managing and closing outbound leads set up by our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).

Engaging in discovery calls primarily with prospects from the insurance sectors, you will guide them through our sales process to secure new business and support their wellness initiatives.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct discovery calls with outbound leads to understand client needs and propose relevant solutions.
  • Work closely with SDRs to ensure a smooth transition and maintain a pipeline of leads.
  • Develop tailored pitches and presentations that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies based on market feedback.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has experience in B2B sales, particularly in the health insurance industry.
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse clients.
  • Is a selfstarter with a proven track record of qualifying and nurturing opportunities to close sales.
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of HR solutions, perks, and benefits, with prior experience selling directly to HR departments.
  • Is innovative in their sales techniques, proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and comfortable setting up live demos.
  • Thrives in a remote, fulltime role requiring proactive outreach and followup.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of successfully closing sales and meeting revenue targets.
  • Experience in selling SaaS products and developing highperforming sales processes.
  • Sector expertise in health and insurance industries is a strong plus.
  • Techsavvy and wellnessoriented, with fitness, nutrition, and mental health being part of your daily routine.
