What You Will Be Doing

  • Leading high performing sales, fixed operations, and administrative teams
  • Ensuring all dealerships are running in an efficient and profitable manner
  • Ability to ensure high standards for delivery of services to customers
  • Ensuring staff understanding and compliance with dealership policies and procedures

What You Will Bring

  • Minimum of 5 years experience as General Manager, Sales Manager or Fixed Operations Manager in a recreation dealership (automotive experience considered)
  • Superior management, leadership, and customer service skills
  • Ability to resolve customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Selfmotivated with strong work ethic
  • A valid driver's license is required
