General Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Store Manager to join our team at T&P Elegant Nails Spa. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Direct and control daily store operations, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, as well as oversee payroll administration and staff development.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth, and analyze market trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize store performance.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, resolve customer complaints, and maintain a positive store environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, and experience with inventory management and customer service software.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer service.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
- Competitive Salary: Salary range $50,000 - $70,000 per year.
