Mobile Device Technician (2-month contract)

Location:
Ottawa, ON
Nova Networks is seeking Mobile Device Technicians in Ottawa. The focus will be on preparing mobile devices for deployment for employees of our client. This is a 2-month contract with the possibility of extension.

Must have experience:

  • Enrolling new devices (both iOS and Android)
  • Syncing cloud accounts from iCloud, Google, and Samsung
  • Verifying accounts and setting up MFA (Multifactor Authentication)
  • Confirming iCloud mobile number is correct
  • Ensuring users are signed out of Google accounts for Android devices
  • Clearing and wiping old devices using software
  • Testing and swapping SIM cards if needed
- with Rogers Communications and mobile devices

Job Type:
Fixed term contract

Contract length: 2 months

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ottawa, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location:
In person
