About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team at CB Canada. As a Service Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and functionality of our clients' mobility devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and Repair: You will be responsible for delivering, installing, and repairing mobility equipment across our service area. This may include assessing and troubleshooting issues with clients' devices, repairing manual and power mobility devices, and installing accessibility products and solutions in clients' homes.
  • Deliver a Motion Customer Experience: Our Service Technicians are the face of our company, delivering outstanding customer experiences every day. You will build trusting relationships with our clients through honest, empathic, respectful, and friendly interactions.
  • Be Flexible and Mobile: You will spend your days traveling to different sites and clients' homes within our service area.
Requirements
  • Experience working with your hands building or fixing machinery of any sort.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues.
  • A love for working with your hands and fixing things.
  • Strong communication skills, customer service experience, and empathy for other people.
  • An aptitude for technology and learning new systems.
  • Knowledge of home medical equipment and assistive devices an asset.
  • A willingness to learn and grow, and a passion for helping other people.
Additional Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds.
  • A valid G class driver's license and clean driving record.
  • A clean criminal background check.
  • Availability to work until 7PM and Saturdays.
