About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cellular Network Technician to join our team at Mobile Care. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our cellular network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair faults in telecommunications equipment, including cellular network infrastructure and mobile devices.
  • Inspect and test the operation of telecommunications equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Analyze test results and make adjustments to switching systems, networks, and associated equipment as needed.
  • Complete and maintain accurate test and service reports.
  • Determine the nature, cause, and location of trouble in telecommunications equipment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliability, dependability, and accuracy.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 35-40 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be willing to relocate for this position and be legally able to work in Canada.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
