Brand Portfolio Lead (International) - Allergan Aesthetics

Ideally based in Marlow, United Kingdom with 3/2 flexible working and up to 25% International travel but other locations will be considered.

The Portfolio lead will be responsible for the development, execution and roll-out of the Allergan Aesthetics Facial Portfolio Campaigns and cross-franchise Projects to Areas and countries– elevating the portfolio narrative through an aggregated brand perspective.

The lead will be responsible for ensuring that the portfolio approach is aligned to Allergan Aesthetics' international commercial objectives and is industry leading in both creative and content.

They will lead the insights gathering and data generation to build the portfolio strategy and corresponding tactical program.

Additionally, the Portfolio lead will work cross-functionally with the International Facial Brand Team and relevant supporting functions across the International Marketing and Commercial Operations department to drive key cross-franchise projects such as International Congresses engagement and collaterals, Competitive intelligence, keeping up to date with the overall cross-franchise marketplace and supporting the Facial team through the Brand Planning process.

Lead the Portfolio International Campaigns Development, Execution and Roll-out:

Work along with relevant IMCO Functions (Medical Affairs, MABI, PR/comms) to lead insights gathering and data generation to build the Portfolio strategy and narrative; Lead the portfolio strategy and corresponding tactical program, collaterals & assets development each year, aligned with the Brand Planning process.

Ensure tactics and assets are industry leading in both creative and content, approved through internal review process (VEEVA).
Work closely with key markets to co-create program, ensure tactics implementation and track KPIs / gather feedback.
Lead International Congresses Engagement and

Collaterals Development:
Work closely with international brand leads to identify the needs and align on the brands' collaterals.
Co-create with relevant IMCO functions a superior brand experience (pre/during/post-congress) and a creative platform.
Support / Lead Cross-franchise projects:
Support the Team through the Brand planning process.
Support development and execution of cross-brand campaigns: full-face approach or indication-driven.
Be the champion of competitive intelligence across the Aesthetics categories to create and share actionable insights.
Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical Sciences and/or Business / Marketing Studies or equivalent practical experience.
Marketing experience at area/International level.

Recognized capabilities in building relationships in cross functional and matrix environment, able to influence and to lead without direct supervision.

Strong Project Management skills and a proven track of leading cross functional workstreams
Experience in launching NPD or driving innovation projects.
Fluent in English
