What will you work on?


This key role will be responsible for leading our Project Management Office (PMO), IT finance, Business Analyst team, and managing all intake requests for the various business functions.

The individual will play a vital role in driving the successful execution of our IT projects, ensuring financial discipline, and delivering high-quality solutions for our business partners.

They also will be interfacing with various other senior leaders in the business on a regular basis

How will you create impact?

Lead the Project Management Office (PMO):

  • Develop, implement, and maintain a standardized project management framework.
  • Oversee the successful delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Provide regular status reports and updates to the CIO and key business stakeholders.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, identifying and implementing best practices.

Lead IT Finance:

  • Develop, manage, and maintain IT budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure financial discipline across the IT organization by monitoring and controlling costs.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure alignment and compliance with corporate financial policies and procedures.

Lead the Business Analyst Team:

  • Manage and mentor a team of Business Analysts, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Ensure highquality business requirements are gathered, documented, and communicated to project teams and stakeholders.
  • Promote best practices in business analysis, process improvement, and change management.

Manage Intake Requests for Various Business Functions:

  • Develop and implement a streamlined intake process for new IT requests.
  • Prioritize and manage incoming requests, ensuring timely and efficient allocation of resources.
  • Collaborate with business partners to understand their needs, objectives, and requirements for IT projects and initiatives

What are your skills and experience?

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience leading a PMO, IT finance, and Business Analyst teams.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and best practices.
  • Excellent financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex IT projects and delivering highquality results.
  • Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP) and/or finance (e.g., CFA, FP&A) are highly desirable.
