  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 15-20 years of construction management experience with a reputable general contractor or developer.
  • Education: Post-secondary education in construction management or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication, client liaison, organizational, and time management skills; ability to take initiative, problem-solve, negotiate, mentor, and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and follow-up.
