Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

Sales Presentations:

  • Conduct inhome HVAC sales presentations to potential customers
  • Provide recommendations for products and services that meet customer needs
  • Communicate pricing and financing options
  • Demonstrate product knowledge and highlight features and benefits

Closing Sales:

  • Overcome objections and close sales
  • Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales KPI's
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with customers

Lead Generation/ Prospecting:

  • Conduct research and identify potential customers
  • Develop and maintain a network of referral sources
  • Follow up on leads and schedule appointments
  • Utilize marketing strategies to generate leads

Learning and Professional Development:

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, products, and services
  • Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and best practices
  • Continuously improve sales skills and techniques
  • Attend training sessions and seminars

Interdepartmental Collaboration:

  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve issues and concerns
  • Provide feedback to management to improve processes and procedures and review market conditions
  • Coordinate with the installation team to ensure smooth installations

Qualifications Include:

  • Valid drivers license for 3 or more years with a clean drivers abstract and reliable transportation
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional sales experience
  • Strong problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to thrive in a full commission sales role
  • Positive mind set
