What You Will Do:

  • Coordinate a consistent process with partners to develop or revise S&R enterprise requirements to drive an effective and continually improving Management System Structure, including the S&R Policy, the Management System Framework and Framework Standards.
  • Ensure S&R enterprise requirements are based on industry standards.
  • Ensure effective Management of Change processes and governance through coordination with affected BU and CF stakeholders (Management System Performance Team, Mgmt Reviews and S&R Governance Team).
  • Prepare, maintain, and effectively communicate to Mgmt and stakeholders a comprehensive multiyear plan and prioritized resourcing for potential new/revised S&R enterprise requirements, and objective document development status updates.
  • Ensure the timely availability of S&R enterprise requirements and S&R supporting documents on the S&R Launchpad on ELink.
  • Ensure all S&R requirements and S&R supporting documents are well organized with appropriate controls and maintain a consolidated listing of all approved enterprise requirements.

Who You Are:

  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant area, ideally S&R or a related field, is required.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in S&R areas or related fields.
  • Experience in development, review and maintenance of management system documents and requirements, particularly in S&R areas.
  • Ability to develop, document, implement and adhere to enterprise processes and workflows.
  • Experience with records management systems will be an asset.

Working Conditions:

  • Moderate scheduled travel(10%) to Enbridge locations as required.
  • Periodic schedule flexibility will be required to maintain schedules and address stakeholder needs.
