Our client is seeking a Talent Advisor to onboard candidates for an educational institution. This is a shorter term contract to assist with an influx of onboarding.
Must Have:
- 3+ years experience working as an HR Generalist or Recruite r role in a high volume environment
- Experience sifting through candidate applications and shortlisting
- Experience extending offer letters and onboarding candidates
- Experience working with an ATS - Applicant Tracking System or an HRIS system such as Lever or Banner
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in a unionized environment
