Position Overview:
MaxSold is seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This hybrid role combines responsibilities in accounting, human resources and general administration.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and be energized by working across departments on a broad range of tasks in a fast-paced, remote environment.


Key Responsibilities:


General bookkeeping, bank reconciliations and assisting in the month end close processProcess payroll for Canadian and US salary and hourly employeesFacilitate the hiring and onboarding process for new employees Liaise with employees to resolve routine questions with respect to payroll and HRAdminister employee benefits program Foster relationships across the organization and promote a positive, collaborative remote work environment.

Other administrative work as is required from time to timeRequired Qualifications:

Experience in a similar cross functional role, ideally in a remote environmentExperience with web-based accounting software such as QuickBooks OnlineStrong understanding of Canadian payroll practicesProficiency in Google Sheets and/or ExcelOutgoing personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a remote teamPreferred Qualifications:
