What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to improve the overall quality of services provided to clients.
  • Analyze data to identify areas where improvements can be made and develop action plans to address these areas.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that quality improvement initiatives are aligned with organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure that clients receive the appropriate level of care.
  • Coordinate services with internal and external providers to ensure that clients receive comprehensive care.
  • Conduct audits of services provided to clients to ensure that they meet established quality standards.
  • Design and deliver surveys, interviews, focus groups, utilizing qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Conduct external research and factfinding in relevant community sectors; identify indicators that would improve the establishment of organizational benchmarks and assessment of organizational performance.
  • Support the development of policies and procedures related to quality improvement and service coordination.
  • Provide training and education to staff on quality improvement and service coordination best practices.
  • Participate in meetings and committees related to quality improvement and service coordination.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, quality improvement or a related field.
  • 3 + years of experience in quality improvement or service coordination in the community services or healthcare environment.
