We are ideally seeking a candidate located in Calgary, who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong understanding of recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Posting opportunities using our Applicant Tracking System
  • Sourcing candidates through various online methods, including LinkedIn and Indeed
  • Conducting and documenting phone screens and interviews
  • Utilizing our applicant tracking system for sourcing candidates, creating and maintaining candidate profiles
  • Providing excellent customer service to both job seekers and colleagues
  • Generating reports from our ATS on recruitment activity
  • Collaborating closely with clinics, providing guidance and support with the recruitment process

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education with a business focus
  • 1-2 years experience as a junior recruiter or recruitment coordinator
  • Experience conducting phone screens and interviews
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System
  • Strong skills in MS Office Suite of Products and MS Teams
  • A team player with a commitment to the success of the business and colleagues
