As they continue to uphold their prestigious reputation, they are looking for a Hotel General Manager to oversee the property's operations.

This pivotal role reports directly to the Asset Manager and is integral to maintaining the hotel's esteemed status.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daytoday operations of the hotel, ensuring that every aspect of the guest experience aligns with the luxury and quality standards of the property.
  • Collaborate closely with the Asset Manager, providing regular updates on hotel performance, operational challenges, and potential opportunities.
  • Lead and inspire the hotel team across all departments, fostering a culture of excellence, professionalism, and impeccable service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance hotel profitability while maintaining the highest level of luxury and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage budgets and financial plans, including forecasting and optimizing revenue streams across various departments.
  • Ensure the hotel's compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain the property's luxury standards through regular quality audits and reviews.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with guests, community leaders, and business partners to enhance the hotel's reputation and market position.
  • Drive the marketing and promotion of the hotel, working closely with marketing teams to create effective campaigns.
  • Address and resolve any issues that may impact the guest experience or the hotel's operations.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and development programs for staff, ensuring the team is equipped to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader in a luxury hotel or similar upscale hospitality environment.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury hospitality market, with an ability to anticipate industry trends and guest expectations.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of developing highperforming teams in a luxury service setting.
  • Solid financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, financial planning, and revenue management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building strong relationships and delivering high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in hospitality are a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle crises effectively and maintain poise under pressure.
  • A commitment to upholding the highest standards of luxury, service, and operational efficiency.
