Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team at Onni Hotel Management DBA OPUS Hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations, ensuring that they are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are performing their duties to the highest standard.
- Budgeting and Financial Management: Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, ensuring that the hotel is operating within its financial means.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing a high level of customer service and ensuring that their needs are met.
- Special Needs: Assist clients/guests with special needs, providing a personalized and tailored service.
- Work Schedules: Establish work schedules for staff, ensuring that they are fair and reasonable.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
Working Conditions:
- Permanent position
- 35 hours per week
- Work Language: English
