Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Hotel Manager to join our team at North Vancouver Hotel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
- Recruit and hire staff
- Supervise staff
- Conduct performance reviews
- Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies
- Conduct training sessions
- Prepare marketing plans
- Implement marketing activities
- Arrange for and oversee maintenance activities
- Enforce policies and procedures
- Establish work schedules
- Develop promotional materials
- Respond to requests for help and information from guests and colleagues
- 1-2 years of experience in hotel management
- College, CEGEP, or equivalent education
- Valid driver's licence and own transportation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
