In keeping with the Mattamy Mission of providing The Best Homeowner Experience , the Business Process Improvement (BPI) Consultant will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing innovative solutions to positively impact our employees and our operations .
The ideal candidate will have a background in process optimization, project management, and a proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Conduct analyses of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.Identify opportunities for automation of repetitive tasks using current technology that exists in the business.
Partner with the VP of Finance to manage the process improvement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of project objectives.
Provide training and support to employees on new processes.Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of process improvements and automation initiatives with support from the VP of Finance.
Recent graduate or professional from a Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management,u00A0 Data Analytics, Business Process Improvement or a related field.
Advanced technical skills with proficiency or ability to learn quickly programs like Sharepoint , AutoCad , JD Edwards, BuildPro .
