Who is Loaded Pierogi?


Loaded Pierogi was born and raised in Ontario, Canada and has been serving up eclectic classics with a non-traditional twist since 2014.

We went from selling a small variety of gourmet variations of the quintessential Polish pierogi to a national Canadian brand that now offers more than 36 different ways to "Get Loaded" Not only are we the fastest growing first to market pierogi quick service restaurant (QSR), but we're also planning to double our expansion trajectory to include another 10 locations within the next year.

Our following and fan base is rooted in being notoriously unapologetic about who we are. If it's not Loaded, it's not us. We continue to explore different approaches to a heavily saturated
QSR market and challenge norms by pushing the status quo.

The Role:


As part of our Canada-wide expansion, this individual will split their time between the opening and supporting phases of our new restaurants and our existing franchise restaurant portfolio.

This position is best suited for individuals with high accountability, an interest in strategy and problem solving, general QSR operations, an interest in travelling the country, ability to see the bigger picture and how we fit into the broader development goals, and aptitude to build relationships inside and outside of Head Office to drive progress forward.


The Day-to-Day:

  • Work with restaurants on building positive guest relations both instore and online.
  • Responsible for the overall success and growth of our corporate training location.
  • Highly knowledgeable in customer relations building, business (franchise) management, and motivating teams.
  • Supervise, train, motivate and develop FOH & BOH team members and management to achieve operational excellence.
  • Maximize sales and profits by setting the standard of excellent customer service.
  • Supports the cultural initiatives of Loaded Pierogi and drives training programs.
  • Ensures LTO's and new menu development is successfully rolled out chain wide.
  • Leads, supports, and directs new store openings and resale transfers, to ensure franchisees are successful in all facets of the business.
  • Assists in the creation and implementation of a quarterly strategic plans for area restaurants.
  • Assists in the creation and implementation of quarterly Local Store Marketing initiatives and helps franchisees follow through on such initiatives.
  • Ensures Loaded standards are enforced and met without compromise, monitors operational programs, process, and metrics to resolve operational challenges.
  • Helps pilot strategic initiatives across equipment supply chain, menu tests, and alternate concepts.
  • Ability to lead and coach workshops and facilitate training programs.
  • Maintain active, thorough, and detailed files on each restaurant.
  • Support with ad hoc projects, as necessary.
  • Flexible work schedule with the ability to work occasional weekends and the ability to travel out of province when required.
  • Must own a reliable vehicle and hold a valid driver's licence.

Is This You?

  • 3+ years of restaurant management, leading, coaching, developing, and training teams preferred.
  • 3+ years in franchised multiunit retail/restaurant industry preferred.
  • Development related experience in the franchising / restaurant industry.
  • Selfmotivated and problem solver who seeks win/win solutions, demonstrates tenacity, and is not easily discouraged.
  • Ability to multitask, a keen problem solver that demonstrates a high level of situational thinking.
  • Capability to address problems proactively and demonstrate a sense of urgency
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and advanced organizational skills.
  • Ability to think and act quickly and effectively under pressure while maintaining a calm, professional attitude, even in stressful situations.
  • Exceptional time management and selfstarter skills.
  • Ability to review and understand franchising operations manuals, training manuals etc.
  • High proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point required
  • High proficiency in restaurant POS systems (TouchBistro, LightSpeed, Deliverect preferred)
  • Knowledge of French language will be considered an asset.
