About the team

The Marketing Team at Local Line is composed of two key functions: Brand Awareness and Lead Generation. Local Line is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Demand Generation Specialist to join our Marketing team. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, the ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth through effective marketing strategies and initiatives. This role requires analytical prowess, and a results-driven mindset to achieve our business goals.

What you'll do:

  • Implement, track, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media (mostly Instagram), email marketing, and partnerships.
  • Execute, monitor, and interact on Local Line social media channels, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Develop a social calendar with support from our Content Marketing Specialist.
  • Execute, monitor, and improve email marketing campaigns, including customer and lead newsletters, win-back campaigns, and upsell campaigns.
  • Maintain and foster new and existing partnership networks with industry partners for mutually beneficial lead-generation campaigns.
  • Maintain and foster brand sponsorship opportunities. Research new opportunities on behalf of the Local Line team.

Who you are :

  • Strong leadership skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a passion for marketing and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Comprehensive working knowledge of marketing channels, including email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Hubspot), SEO platforms (e.g., SEMrush), social media platforms, and CRMs (i.e. Hubspot)
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing
  • Experience managing social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X.
  • Experience managing brand partnerships or sponsorships
  • Results-focused, with a keen eye for detail. Ability to meet deadlines and deliver campaigns on schedule.
  • Strong copywriting skills, creativity in campaign development, and a collaborative spirit.
  • Experience in agriculture or the local food industry is a plus
