Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.

Lead the consolidated forecasting and planning cycles on behalf of product owners and ensure the product roadmap is accurately represented.

Build data-driven, scenario-based models to evaluate business impact on strategic and business development initiatives and monitor key portfolio KPIs.

Research, analyze, and synthesize data, trends, leading practices, and other business intelligence in support of business plans.
Understand how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.

Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas in accordance with Scotiabank's Values, its Code of Conduct, and the Global Sales Principles, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational, compliance, AML/ATF/sanctions, and conduct risk.

Champions a high-performance environment and contributes to an inclusive work environment.

Degree / post graduate degree, preferably in business
Strong proficiency in Power Bi, MS Excel, SQL, and data modeling techniques.
Strong decision making, forward thinking and creative problem-solving skills.

Results oriented and innovative in identifying and pursuing opportunities to leverage capabilities to increase revenues, decrease costs and mitigate risks.

3+ years' experience in Cash Management and Payments industry, or In-depth understanding of delivery networks of financial products and services within the context of the Bank's sales and service strategies across the various delivery channels is an asset.

Experience working on large technology projects using industry-standard delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile/Scrum/Kanban) and tools (JIRA/Confluence) is an asset.
