The Lead, Total Rewards will report to the Director, Total Rewards and will oversee the administration and maintenance of various total rewards programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, benchmarking, and internal equity.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead total rewards projects from inception to completion
  • Prepare briefings for senior leadership on changes to total rewards programs
  • Conduct benchmarking to evaluate compensation competitiveness
  • Manage salary administration processes and annual compensation reviews
  • Develop communication materials for total rewards programs

Requirements for Success:

  • Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent experience
  • Professional certification (CCP and/or CEBS) preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience
  • 7 years of HR experience with total rewards focus
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices, HRIS systems, and pension administration
  • Ability to analyze data and provide strategic recommendations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems

Employment Type: Permanent Full Time

Location: Ontario (currently hybrid; subject to change)
