  • Maintain our companies high standards for cleanliness and organization in all areas of the restaurant
  • Greet guests upon arrival
  • Introduce guests to our unique hot pot experience and guide them through the menu
  • Take and serve orders
  • Be attentive to guests' needs such as refilling the soup, changing utensils and etc.
  • Deal with guests' complaints or problems with a positive and polite manner
  • Performs other related duties as needed.

  • A guest driven and service oriented attitude
  • A passion for continuous improvement
  • Must speak English fluently and be able to write in basic English
  • Physical ability to stand for long hours
  • Ability to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays
  • A strong ability to manage stress in a fastpaced environment
  • Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset

$16.75 per hour
