Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Server Representative to join our team. As a Server Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and hospitality to every customer in the restaurant, while participating in team work to ensure absolute customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet incoming customers immediately, provide thorough knowledge of our menu and make recommendations, take orders and serve food and/or beverage to customers, and ensure cleanliness in the dining area.
- Cash Handling: Perform cashiering duties, including preparing checks and processing payment through our POS system.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
- Housekeeping: Maintain personal health and sanitation standards, and ensure compliance with our code of ethics, integrity, and conduct.
Requirements:
- 1 year of food retail experience in a fast-paced environment, specifically as a server.
- Friendly attitude with excellent customer service skills.
- Able to multitask and work in a team environment.
- Must be able to work flexible schedules.
- High School diploma preferred.
- All candidates are subject to a background check and employment verification process.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to continuously stand or walk.
- Ability to bend and lift frequently.
- Ability to lift up to 10lbs frequently and 50lbs occasionally.
- Ability to squat occasionally.
Work Environment:
- Work will be conducted in a kitchen and restaurant environment.
- May encounter temperatures ranging from 32 degrees to 425 degrees around equipment.
- May occasionally walk on slippery surfaces.
- Noise level in the work environment is frequently loud.
