About the Role

Moncel is looking for a Direct Sales Manager to join our Toronto-based team. The Direct Sales Manager will be crucial in expanding the market presence in US, Canada and Australia. The Direct Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and expanding our sales teams in Canada and Australia.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of creating and executing sales strategies and working closely with marketing teams to drive revenue growth.

What You'll Do

Lead Sales Team:

  • Hire, train, and mentor sales team members in Canada and Australia.
  • Foster collaboration and drive performance to achieve sales targets.

Sales Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement effective direct sales strategies that align with company goals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
  • Adjust strategies as needed to respond to changing market conditions.

Drive Revenue Growth:

  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Analyze sales data to optimize performance and exceed revenue targets.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to manage customer interactions and sales pipelines.
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance and progress toward goals.

Collaborate with Marketing:

  • Work closely with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and materials.
  • Leverage insights to enhance lead conversion and revenue growth.

Foster Entrepreneurial Leadership:

  • Encourage innovation within the sales team.
  • Facilitate collaboration across departments.
Who You Are
-
Experienced Leader: At least 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record in a managerial role.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Strategic Thinker: Strong analytical skills and can develop and implement effective sales strategies.

  • Experience working closely with marketing teams and can align sales and marketing efforts.

Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Salesforce and HubSpot and can leverage these tools to enhance customer experience.

Entrepreneurial Spirit: Foster a culture of innovation and are not afraid to think outside the box.

Your Qualifications
