Job Summary
The Field Site Administrator is responsible for completing daily LEMs, LEM trackers and timesheets as well as various other administrative tasks related to the Wood Buffalo Tank Program such as camp room bookings, site mobilizations and vehicle pass requests and renewals.
Please note, this role will support both project sites - Suncor Base plant and Syncrude; handling LEMs, LEM trackers and timesheets for both sites in addition to taking care of camp room bookings, mobilizations to site and vehicle pass requests/renewals for all Matrix Service Canada employees and sub-contractors working on site.
Essential Functions
Actively support the Company's commitment to safety and its "Core Values." Represent the Company at all times with high moral standards while adhering to the Company's "Code of Business Conduct and Ethics." Complete daily LEMs, LEM trackers and timesheets Check and confirm subcontractor timesheets and reporting. General filing, document control procedures throughout all phases of the project Create and maintain vehicle passes, visitor passes and mobilization forms for all new hires on site (Matrix Service Canada employees and subcontractors' employees) Assist with flight bookings and flight reports for all staff and craft employees (if applicable) Complete onboarding and camp room bookings for all staff and craft employees on site including sub-contractors. Coordinate with Office for all payroll inquiries. Provide general administrative support to all site personnel. Perform other responsibilities as required or assigned.Qualifications
Minimum high school diploma or the equivalent. 3+ years related administrative experience. Experience with LEMs and LEM trackers an asset. Previous construction industry experience an asset. Computer skills include Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, and database applications. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team; must be self-motivated. Must have ability to manage multiple workloads at the same time. Experience with Field Glass and working at Suncor Base plant/Syncrude in a similar role is required. Willing and able to work overtime as needed. This position is site-based at Suncor Base plant – 12-hour days.
