  • Execute compliance assurance activities in respect of AGCO's regulatory standards and requirements, drawing from a broad scope of knowledge and experience with a variety of compliance techniques, employed appropriately for differing circumstances.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by proactively identifying issues and situations that require attention and engaging to resolve them.
  • Embrace a clientcentered approach when interacting with external stakeholders to ensure expectations are understood and compliance is met.
  • Establish and develop strong trustbased relationships with peers throughout the organization.
  • Work collaboratively within a crossfunctional team to tackle complex compliance challenges.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the igaming compliance team's processes and compliance tools.
  • A Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of relevant work experience and education.
  • A strong background in risk and control environments and effective risk management structures.
  • Knowledge and experience assessing control and risk mitigation measures, independently performing riskbased compliance reviews, and the ability to serve as a specialist for the activities within this area.
  • Knowledge and experience in inspections and evidence collection.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • An investigative mindset and good judgment to make sound decisions and to know when to escalate to others.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management.
  • Ability to work both independently with little supervision and within a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn other aspects of the igaming industry and other specialist streams. Demonstrated relationship management skills with a proven ability to influence.
  • Knowledge of AGCO regulatory environment and the global igaming industry will be an asset.
  • Professional designation and/or certification in a related field such as CRISC and CRCMP would be an asset.
