As theCompliance Specialist, you\'ll coordinate the development andimplementation of compliance programs for Findorff and its\'subsidiaries. You\'ll monitor business activities with a compliance lensand respond to inquiries from regulatory agencies and complete requiredcompliance documentation.

Main Responsibilities:

Coordinate andimplement Affirmative Action Plan Assist in certificate of insurance(COI) requirements for compliance, including on their party vendorplatforms Comply with EEO-1 reporting Register as foreign entities innew states Manage contractors\' licenses, both new and renewals Assistin annual insurance renewal process Assist with all general andprofessional liability insurance claims Facilitate the process ofcontract execution Assist with prequalification of subcontractorsQualifications: Strong communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to multitask and and prioritize Problem solver with the abilityto spot issues, ask the right questions, and find solutions Highlyorganized and detail oriented Education & Experience: Bachelor\'s degreeor equivalent experience in lieu of degree 5+ years related workexperience Experience in construction is a plus Perks & Benefits:Competitive pay and benefits A people-first, inclusive culture Onsitefitness center Dress-for-your-day philosophy Generous PTO and floatingholidays Healthy 401(k) and Profit Sharing Paid Parental Leave FindorffShop credit to buy company swag Career growth and development Mentorshipand guidance Diversity matters.
