Client Relations Coordinator

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong customer service background.
They should also have a good understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and provide customer service
- Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and resolving customer issues
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Monitor customer feedback and provide feedback to management
- Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions
- Assist with the development of customer service policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service background
- Good understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
