Course Code/Name: 4GR3, DeGroote Student Experience and Development IV
This course builds on the knowledge, skills, and experiences gained through the GR0 series and required Commerce courses.

Students will work in project groups on a project for an industry client to further develop their self-leadership, collaboration and consulting skills.

Classroom and experiential activities will be utilized to develop a comprehensive and integrated understanding of the various business disciplines studies throughout the program.

Required Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated teaching excellence in business courses at McMaster or another university. Managerial/professional experience in consulting or a related business function.

Wage Rate*:

The DeGroote School of Business offers a pay rate commensurate with qualifications and related teaching experience in a range from $8,600 to $9,750.

The exact rate of pay is determined at the sole discretion of the employment supervisor, according to standard evaluation criteria.

- _Supplemented Fees
a) The employee may be eligible to receive supplemented fees in accordance with Schedule C of the Collective Agreement.

The actual rate of pay when in excess of the base rate of pay is deemed to include any supplemented fees owing, to the extent of the excess amount.

If the actual rate of pay is less than the sum of the base rate of pay and the supplemented fees owing, then the employee shall receive the difference.
