The "Sales Specialist - Surveillance", will work closely with the Head of Surveillance to grow revenue through sales of TT Score, and maintain revenue through ongoing customer support in the EU and APAC regions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales presentations of TT Score to prospective clients
  • Provide user training for TT Score users, and act as a domain expert during customer calls
  • Preserve pertinent information in TT's CRM
  • Assist the Head of Surveillance in generating business plans and revenue forecasts
  • Draft blogs about new industry regulations or product feature releases
  • Attend industry events in the EU and APAC regions
  • Communicate customer requirements to TT Score development team
  • Participate in prioritization meetings for development of new product features

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

  • University degree (law degree a plus)
  • Previous experience in regulatory and compliance roles in the futures or equities industries
  • Deep knowledge of MAR Rulebook, and understanding of CFTC, SEC, and FINRA rules
  • Prior sales exposure a plus
  • Communication: excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Must be a team player with a strong desire to learn while welcoming constructive feedback
  • Commitment to company values and ethics
  • Initiative: plans ahead and carries out tasks without detailed instructions.
  • Continuous learning: ability to learn new rules and regulations and translate into product features
