Mega Hydronics Inc.

is a mechanical service contracting company based in Burnaby, BC which provides mechanical service to multifamily buildings, high rises and commercial facilities.

We are looking for a Service Administrative Assistant to join our growing team to perform the following tasks.

Responsibilities and tasks include (but not limited to):

  • Answering the phone.
  • Create work orders.
  • Assist with scheduling service trucks.
  • Using our dispatching software, data entry.
  • Assist the Office Manager as needed.
  • Process parts orders & vendor invoices.
  • Assisting the Project Manager to source material pricing for estimates.
  • Assisting the Project Manager to prepare customer quotes.
  • General office duties as required.
  • Promote company interests on social media.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years related work experience and/or postsecondary education.
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, QuickBooks, Outlook)
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Selfmotivating and resourceful.
  • Organizational and filing skills.
  • Excellent at multitasking.
  • Experience in social media including Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, etc.

Salary:
$19.00-$25.00 per hour
