Position Summary*The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is a key leadership position and member of Buckland's senior leadership team, responsible for delivering best-in-class, customer-focused technology, and security.


The CTO will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) or their designate, and will lead the development, technology, and cybersecurity teams providing customer facing and internal solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership*- Oversees modern software development processes and methodologies and transforms the information technology to optimize team output while building better functionality and performance into solutions

  • Responsible for technical planning, implementing an evaluation process for technical architecture and system management
  • Develops and implements the overall technology strategy for the organization, including 1year, 3year, and 5year roadmaps
  • Leads the transformation of how information is distributed/communicated internally
  • Establishes strong relationships with IT providers and external vendors
