We are seeking a Patient Coordinator/Front Desk Admin that demonstrates the following:

  • Self-starter attitude
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
  • Ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Ability to navigate conflict in a calm and collaborative way
  • Quick learner and ability to solve problems
  • Exceptional organization skills
  • Experience/interest in social media/marketing is an asset

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Register patients, collect a payment, issue receipts
  • Have a strong understanding of our professional services and assist patients with bookings
  • Direct billing to 3rd party insurers
  • Maintenance of clinic including management of retail products/sales, etc.
  • Processing Medical Records
  • Patient scheduling, billing, and claims

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary:
$19.00 per hour
