KUBRA is seeking a skilled Manager of Security Operations to become part of our Information Security team.

As the Manager of Security Operations, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all KUBRA systems and services. This hybrid position is based in our Mississauga, ON office.



What you will do:
- Oversee and improve the vulnerability and penetration testing program
- Serve as an expert on threat intelligence and deploy solutions against emerging threats
- Manage the SIEM platform and enhance its capabilities
- Lead the security operations team and handle endpoint security processes
- Supervise application security operations
- Participate in security and IT regulation audits
- Contribute to the development of security solutions
- Act as a liaison between Security and IT Operations
- Guide the enhancement of the Privileged Access Management program
What we expect from you:
- Previous experience managing a security operation center
- Experience in information security advisory roles
- Proficiency in Technology Risk Management processes
- Familiarity with Application security
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Required skills:
- Minimum 8 years in IT security positions
- 5+ years of Systems/Network Administration experience
- Windows Clients/Servers expertise
- Linux experience
- Windows SQL and/or MySQL knowledge
- Proficiency with Palo Alto and Cisco firewalls
- Experience with various cybersecurity technologies
Certifications (preferred but not mandatory):
- PCI QSA/ISA
- CISSP
- OSCP
- CISM
- CISA
- PMP
- CIPP
- TOGAF
